Lisa M. Kitagawa, Esq. is the third of only four American lawyers to have graduated from Kyoto University. She is fluent in Japanese and also attended Tokyo University. Ms. Kitagawa is licensed to practice law in California, Texas, New York, Georgia, and in Michigan. James R. Ebert, Esq. is an attorney and a California Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Ebert is licensed to practice law in California, Texas, Georgia, Michigan, Alabama, and Nevada. They are also both admitted to practice before U.S. federal and appellate courts, and the U.S. Supreme Court. Ms. Kitagawa has years of experience at large international law firms, and Mr. Ebert worked in the international sections and Japan practice groups of Pricewaterhouse Coopers and Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu.
